Specific   features   of   biotic   components   in   the   NPP   techno-ecosystems   were   considered   and   compared   with natural   ecosystems.   Relationships   between   biotic   communities   and   environmental   factors   that are   specific   to   the techno-ecosystems        were   discussed,    and   the problems     of  limitation   of  biological    hindrances    in  operation of equipment, principles of hydro-biological and environmental monitoring were considered.
